I had a nice time during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We received a welcome gift of crab-shaped cookies for the kids, which I found charming. However, I had hoped to enjoy breakfast outside of the buffet, but that wasn't an option.

I was disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed for the season despite warm weather. The lobby lacked inviting seating options and did not have a lounge for cocktails.

We enjoyed our stay with beautiful harbor views from our room, and being just a few steps away from the baltimore civil war museum and a quick walk to the fantastic restaurants and bars nearby made exploring the city super easy for our family with children. however, the lobby wasn't very welcoming with limited seating options.

Service was exceptional, especially at the front desk where staff went out of their way to ensure comfort, even upgrading our room without request. However, breakfast was a letdown. the forced buffet option at $60 per person felt overpriced and service was minimal, requiring self-service for drinks and food.

Our room had a stunning harbor view, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even anticipating our needs without us asking. The harbor views from my room were amazing The staff went above and beyond-imagine having someone bring your food right to your door! Plus, the luxurious amenities, like the Nespresso machine and plush robes.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We loved the luxury cruise on the Inner Harbor and the tour at Sagamore Spirit Distillery. The service was top-notch and the rooms were really spacious. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight too with great views and delicious food!

One downside was that we had to wait a bit longer for towels at the pool. It was a busy weekend, and they didn’t seem prepared.

The staff was super helpful and even child-proofed our room for the twins. Plus, our dog was treated like royalty with a cozy bed and treats. The in-room dining was delish, but the wait for food delivery was a bit long. Totally worth it for such fab service and an amazing view of the harbor!
